All of the music  in the following page is copyright to the respected arranger/composer/transcriber and is not for sale.  Any commercial reproduction of any of the music on the following page is strictly prohibited.  All the files are for private use and are there to educate, not to put money the pockets of others.   Permission has been granted from either the corps director, caption head, percusion instructor, or individual arranger/composer/transcriber for almost every piece of music listed.  Becasue permission has been granted to make all of this music available to the public, you may not publish or distribute the music unless you contact the organization/composer to have permssion granted to publish on your website.  If you were not contacted and you wrote the music, it's because I could not find your contact informatoin or there was no name on the music.
     All of the music on the following page was originally downloaded off of the internet over the past few years and any and all original sources that are still available have been linked to.  If the orginal source is from an organization the link is next to the group name; however, some pieces have been taken off of other private websites like my own so they have been linked right next to that particular file.  All music that I own that has a copyright on it has not been published on the website out of respect to the original composer/arranger/transcriber and for copyright laws; however, if you are an arranger/composer/transriber who has recently copyrighted or commercially published a work since it was originally published on the internet, please contact me and I will remove the file instantly and provide a link to your product.  I completely respect intellectual property rights policies so if you feel your rights have been infringed by my website please contact me and I will immediately remove the files and provide a link to your site out of respect for your intellectual property rights.
     If I have published a file and not listed your site as the orignal source next to it, it's because I do not have the link anymore and could not find the original source.  Please contact me and I will put a link next to your file so you can be appropriately credited.  I take no credit for creating all of these files, I am simply a gatherer of knowledge and  like to share that knowledge with others.  None of the files have been altered from their original source, they have simply been saved and placed on to this website.
